I am trying to figure out a cosplay outfit for Jinx, but I am just at a loss. I don't know where to go or what to do. I live in a small town and only have a Walmart to work with and I am not good with sewing, so anyone have any ideas how to help me I don't know where to even start! I am slightly stressing here about this whole thing. So um ya HELP lol 
I went to ebay and it doesn't ship in time, this kinda got sprung on me. I guess it takes China two months to ship stuff
It takes time to source all that stuff. People spend weeks just finding materials, and they usually tweak it constantly. Google purblind. hers is a really good setup.
Small towns don't usually have fabric shops. Other than taking a camera to walmart and comparing the pics to what you need, I don't really know what you can do.
try... goodwill/thrift stores... any party stores or anything nearby? you could probably find some stuff at a rave-style clothing store.
