In-Game Notepad to Keep Timers, etc

Just a suggestion...

Please implement a small in-game notepad so that players can record buffs/dragon/baron timers and other essential information such as a skill cooldown (for example, keeping track of Shen's ultimate cooldown opens up aggression in other lanes). The chat box is often overflowed with unnecessary information and requires players to scroll and find something every time. I heard SKT T1 plays LoL in windowed mode so that they can look at a separate notepad screen for timers. This will simplify and ease the players' gaming experience.

Why not an automatic time recorder? I think time recording should also be a skill and a good habit that differentiate a good from a bad player.

This implementation can be done easily. Players can have the option to turn on or off the notepad, and the notepad itself can be opaque to prevent distraction/blocked view.
