Cassiopeias Tail looks like a rubber worm (animations)

the end of cassiopeias tail will bounce around like a rubber worm during certain action such as rapid turns (especially if done repeatedly) or by casting twin fangs while its in certain positions. its kinda comical which i assume isnt the intention and its something id imagine would be reserved for something like a April fools skin. it would be nice if the end of her tail would be more connected to the rest of her snake half or at the very least would be a little less silly.
