Loading Screen changes

I think it would be cool to have loading screen animations for when you login based on your favorite champion like my fav is or instead of seeing boring old sion i could see one of the two and maybe even my favorite skin so you can be like oh i want to see frankentibbers annie or Panda Annie something cool like that

Imagine the loading screen simply being a camera roaming around an empty summoner's rift, with the camps roaming around the lanes before rushing back to their designated areas when all players reach 100%, then the game begins.
