Purchase Emotes?!?!?!?!?!

I was on the PBE a few days ago and went to the store and I saw this tab in it. I clicked on it but all I got was the session expired screen with Little Night Amumu on it. A day or so later it was gone. In the not to distant future could we actually be able to buy emotes?!
