A toxic player experience

I'm not entirely sure what's going on with the tribunal or what's going on with the reporting system by I experience last night and wish something to be done about it I have very toxic player who just yelled at me nonstop for about five or 10 minutes I reported this I know that riot has log of the chat and they can see that this summer was very toxic and his verbal communication was incredibly negative when this stuff happens when a player has a terrible gaining experience due to an our players frustration and downright anger and when you verbalizes with nasty comments I should at least see in couple days time that he got punished or ban. I wrote down the Summoners name I want directly tell riot that this person is probably one the worst experience in all my time playing league of legends
