Can't change ward skin?

Usually you can change your ward skin to the right of your summoner spells in champion select? Where is it now? I've already relaunched my client multiple times. It's been going on for about 2 weeks now. I didn't really care until I got a really cool ward skin from hextech. How do I switch my ward skins now?
