Blocking a player and lobby chat

If someone blocked me, and i get them in a game lobby with me (through a friend inviting them) would they be able to see my messages? basically someone blocks me, i get them into a game lobby, try to talk to them. would my messages be showing?

They shouldn't be able to, but I think the bug is still around that doesn't prevent it.
