why did we have to play placements, if flex is using our solo queue mmr? I placed a lowly silver3 in flex, but all I'm getting is gold 2-plat3, I don't understand , please explain. this wouldn't be that bad, if I didn't get the gold5 supports that play passive blitzes.
You get reset every new season, flex was a new queue and had an MMR issue, this should be resolved now and you should get balanced matches now. The placements help to give you a more accurate starting point in the new season. Remember the highst possible starting point is plat 1. and all players are need to be sortet in between, but in most cases you drop about 1 hole tier or so
