What item would you consider the most OP item in the game if the pasive/active would stack?
For example if a champion would have 5 
the pasive would stack and so the overtime damage would go ontop of eachother.

If you interpret it as max +150 range per passive, you can shoot people who aren't even on the same screen as you.
Do you remember the 6 Tiamat build? It has returned.... You get 300% of your 72% lifesteal when you use it(216%), it deals 120%-360% AD in a splash around your target, and you can do 360%-600% AD in an AOE around you 6 times every 10 seconds.

xxxDogmanxxx1 votes X 6. The passive means 36% of the enemy's life gone in the very first auto attack (not including the auto-attack's actual damage), then 60% of the enemy's max health gone in the active. Enemy's dead in less than a second, without using a single spell or summoner.
