What item would you consider the most OP item in the game if the pasive/active would stack?
For example if a champion would have 5 
the pasive would stack and so the overtime damage would go ontop of eachother.

1 hit = 36% of current health
Heal for 90% of damage dealt, 90% is dealt instead as bleed for 3 seconds.
6 on hits every second attack, 360 magic damage on hit-> 2160 magic damage every 2 hits.
ZZROT. 5 Portals, 5 Voidlings per second.
X 6. The passive means 36% of the enemy's life gone in the very first auto attack (not including the auto-attack's actual damage), then 60% of the enemy's max health gone in the active. Enemy's dead in less than a second, without using a single spell or summoner.
