Possible banning fix

Dear Riot Games,

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope some kind of good will come out of this. You know I just read your expectations, and the reasoning behind banning people in the link that you provided me, and I just want to tell you that it's a load of crap. I have never been banned, or chat restricted before and then "I had a bad day" and you give me a 14 day ban. Like I am not even the only one talking shit that game, and you ban me for it. Like come on riot, you ban me on some bull crap smack talk, but I have been in many a game where I have been shit talked, reported said players and not a thing happens. Your system isn't supporting positive attitude, when I get a 14-day ban for the first time ever being ban, while other players just as bad as me if not worse get off Scott free. And the honoring system is ridiculous, I have some of the most honor among my friends, and I have never even so much as had a "Hey, well done" let alone one of the emblems that represents good sportsmanship. I am confident this email will fall on deaf ears, but maybe in the end you will figure out a better way than a straight 14-day ban. Like why not start with a day ban? Have the player take a full 24 hours to calm down before getting back onto the rift. Then if they continue the behavior, give them a one week ban. Then finally if they don't get the message give them a full 14-day ban or a permanent ban. Regardless I wish you all the best day, and I do admit that I was not having my best day. I admit that what I said was toxic, and I would totally understand a chat restriction or a day ban, but I have to disagree on the harshness of the punishment. I still thank you for a great game, and wish you all the best, but I hope you can figure out a better system in the future.
