IP-RP transfer

What if the developers added a a feature that allowed the player to transfer a certain amount of IP into RP. For instance there could be three levels of transfers. Each requiring more IP to transfer but the RP gain has a better discount then the last transfer. First level:P 100 IP - 10 RP This means to get the cheapest skin (from my owned champs at the time of uploading) this would take 3900 IP. Level 2: 1000 IP - 110 RP. See how the two levels have a 10 times difference but you gain 10 more RP for having more IP. Level 3 5000 IP - 600 RP. This being the best deal. For holidays or anniversaries the Devs. could issue a sale making each level cost less IP, or have a shop like the snowdown shop currently which gives each player a certain discount on the IP needed to transfer.
