Leave-Buster: low priority que

I dont like the new leavebuster system. i was playing a game and i was lagging bad for the entirety of it, so i disconnect to reset my computer and router. i get back in the last min of the game, right before we lost. so when i make a new lobby, i notice i have a timer. At this point i am a tad bit annoyed, but i waited it out. I am immedatly put into que and quit it to see if any of my friends are on. No one is on, so i start the que again. Then my timer shows up again. I guess that all i am asking is that you make it so that if you leave the que, your timer goes away in that lobby, because you already waited 10 min. I really like this game and im not hating or anything, but it is annoying is some of your friends get on while you are waiting and you have to do it all over again, but this time with your friends waiting on you too.
