League players being so toxic....when will riot fix this issue and punish these players more? FIXED*

I have been gone for a days to take a break, and the second game i get back I get this following conversation in the champ select...

Leblanc: mid Leblanc: double mid Me: .... Zed: triton Zed: im adc Zed: bard is support Me: i hate blind pick so much Voli: fuck you %%%got Bard: u love it and u know it Zed: i hate nasus so much only %%%gots play him

Really?....within the first 30 seconds of gameplay....this happens WAYYY too often. I'm really getting to a point of not enjoying the game because of players like this. Can Riot please do something about these types of players?!

**My last thread got deleted because i had peoples names....so I removed them! Now don't tell me that you will delete this as well and just to continue using the in game reporting system. That's what this thread is about. The in game reporting isn't doing anything about these types of players AT ALL.....please come up with a better system to help reduce this behavior!
