I find my self in solo queue

so i'am just looking for some feedback to learn what i'am i missing to better my self as a player.i can play any roll but my week spots are adc and jungle. i just can play them at 100%. i mane support hard i love that roll and i can top,mid really good. sadly i cant rank up fast as in solo just when i duo. now i been stuck in bronze for a long time i go from b5 - b3 i almost got to b2 one time lol and that's fine. being in bronze sucks but its not like i don't learn nothing. and most of the time why i cant level faster in solo is a lot of ppl don't know how to play there roll right. im not saying i don't make my own mistakes i just limit them . most ppl don't even ward cause they think they have to and they overextend. i just get set back so much how can i get out i'am sure a lot of ppl who are worthy deserve to get out but how? if there is anything i can do better i will plz give feedback and ill take what i can and learn from that. solo has a lot of trolls right from the start from champ select to the end of the game. and that's bull crap i play to earn LP and just to get it taken away cause your a crying little baby and you want to troll. its pick order not call order so you will troll pick the lane anyways. or you will get pissed in game cause your feeding due to the fact you don't know how to counter pick the champs. or you blame the juggler for not helping fast enough so you will just troll the game. you know who all of you are cause you do it more then 5 times a day. in honest truth in my opinion just go back to normal's and learn these things before going back to ranks you cost more for everyone else then you do for sure self. learn the rule of your lane and counter pick you champs and plz plz ward there is so much information out there and ppl are giving it away for free take the time before you play rank.
