Gifting problem

My friend Gcracker recently purchased 50 dollars worth of RP. He then gifted me super galaxy rumble and i was thrilled. then his account was somehow hacked and someone overtook his account and changed his username to Mace of Spades. He was very mad and sent you guys an email about it. The skin that he gifted me was then deleted and we couldn't figure out why. If you can please try to give me back the super galaxy rumble skin that would be great because he lost a whole lot of RP giving that to me.
