Availabilty for past and possibly future Victorious skins

So guys, I am aware that Victorious skins are exclusively for people who have reached gold tier and above. Personally I have had a hard time getting them due to previous elo hells and other internet issues. One of my greatest regrets is not obtaining Victorious Janna. I really loved that skin and its concept and have been trying to contact developers and supports to see if its possible to obtain it once again. I am hoping Riot would consider making a victorious skin sale at appropriate prices or make them available as bonus unlocks in future season ranked rewards. I am sure there are others out there who share the same desire to obtain the victorious skins. I hope any who come across this discussion be it the developers or fellow players would support this idea!! ^^

No point in having a special skin if people can just shell out cash for it. Also, there is no such thing as "elo hell" EVERY elo is elo hell, you get better and you climb out of it.

I think it should be treated like the past limited edition skins after a certain number of years (4 I believe) it should be available to purchase but at a high price! Possibly around legendary or even ultimate skins this makin it expensive and people who really want it would only get it! It's just not fair for people who may have started playing, or barely played during that time. I know I missed out on Jarven and Janna Victorious skins that I probably could have gotten during season 1 and 2.

Then there is the case with Elsie. During that time that was her second release skin and to make it that limited is just wrong.

Onegarion's feedback got me thinking. It would be unfair in a sense. But if they kept it that way won't the skin die out? Personally i have only came across less than 5 people with victorious j4. It's hard to say if these skins will go extinct as LoL has been grawing rapidly. Perhaps its just a selfish request/wish that i have but nevertheless i do hope that they will become available in due time for those who really wanted to get it but failed to do so due to various reasons. Nevertheless Onegarion's right about the true value of these skins. Oh wellz

That would almost defeat the purpose tho. It would make it so those rewards lose their value and uniqueness. Its the same as why Riot wiped all the PAX skins and league release skins. People were being able to buy them (for a lot of money), but it made it so those people who were there for those skins lost the value and how special they truly were.

I feel this way about icons as well. While some people have really cool reward icons now I would kill for a season 1 bronze icon. It just has much more weight to it than others do imo.

What could make the skin much more special is having it have a special border and icon for people who earn it! Whereas people who just buy it get the skin! The border could be a golden sparkly border different than the normal golden border for rank. And the icon could be the victorious champion icon.the thing is when the do visual updates or any update for the champion and their skins. It's potentially going to waste since so little people own the skin so what's the point?

Wouldn't it make more sense if you were able to pick a victorious skin out of the ones released whenever you'd be rewarded with one?

I understand most people's viewpoint about making it available because it would make those who own it feel that it is nothing special. I can stand in your viewpoint and understand but at the end of the day I just really love the Victorious skin (Janna) and i was so close to getting it until my streak got messed up with "toxic players and trolls". To me i can honestly point out that i am still rather average at league and to me team synergy is important but it's a thing that is hard to achieve in solo or even team 5 v 5 queue. I try not to be toxic about this but in NA there is just that much rather toxic players and unskilled in the lower tiers often doing something uncalled for. I do apologise if my comment was offensive but i was REALLY farming my way to victorious janna and got screwed badly in the end. I am sure everyone encountered those at some point but perhaps all i am looking for is just some compensation for all the pent up frustration.
