New Season New Year. New time for forgiveness?

Last season my account was banned for (Modifying the client) In which I changed my login screen. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a relook in my situation since I had and still have 2 smurfs before and neither of them were banned. I'm curious as too if it's possible. I'm not here to beg for it back, but a consideration. I'd respect it if anyone who has an opinion says it as long as it's not hurtful. I'm not looking for judgement from the community. Just their respectable opinions. ^_^

They don't generally revisit bans or forgive players. A permanent ban is a permanent. The only time they unban people is when the player banned didn't actually break the terms of service.

As I've been told. But is changing the login screen technically against the TOS? If so, why weren't any of my other accounts banned if not just for a 1 time warning? (Let alone the account I've spent a lot of money on)
