So im really interested in buying over watch because it looks fun as hell but im not 100% sure if my laptop can run it tbh so here are the specs, can i run it?

I think when it came down on even being able to run the game, you'd have check your available video memory against that of overwatch's minimum requirement. CPU is fine, ram is fine.
With integrated graphics though, a lot of the time you're screwed when it comes to dedicated vram.

dude its a meh game, i played a beta and got bored with it after 2 days. Hardware wise it scaled pretty well, my PC is 6 years old and played at stable 60fps @1080p.
