Chat restricted again?

Hey summoners and Riot team,its been almost 1,5 month for me getting some chat restricted bans and this now its my third one.Let me explain,i had to play 75 games so my chat ban go off,and believe me i played all of the them and it was hard.So i finished them yesterday and i was happy that my chat was releashed.But when i logged on 10minutes ago i have for chat ban for 75 games again,i mean how im i getting all of those bans? I dont get it? Look my game history and see that i'm getting some cool scores and im not even flaming,I've learned my mistake and it seems that Riot whenever someone gets butthurt and reports me or everyone,they say 'Oh hold on,he made the same mistake? Lets ban him again!' So to get to the point that i want,is that if any Riot member see this,has to give me some proof,yeah proof,i need to see where i flamed because when i finished the chat ban i player 3 games more then i logged off.I mean with all those bans im seriously thinking of starting a new account! Sorry for those bad english tho :p
