Chat restricted again?

Hey summoners and Riot team,its been almost 1,5 month for me getting some chat restricted bans and this now its my third one.Let me explain,i had to play 75 games so my chat ban go off,and believe me i played all of the them and it was hard.So i finished them yesterday and i was happy that my chat was releashed.But when i logged on 10minutes ago i have for chat ban for 75 games again,i mean how im i getting all of those bans? I dont get it? Look my game history and see that i'm getting some cool scores and im not even flaming,I've learned my mistake and it seems that Riot whenever someone gets butthurt and reports me or everyone,they say 'Oh hold on,he made the same mistake? Lets ban him again!' So to get to the point that i want,is that if any Riot member see this,has to give me some proof,yeah proof,i need to see where i flamed because when i finished the chat ban i player 3 games more then i logged off.I mean with all those bans im seriously thinking of starting a new account! Sorry for those bad english tho :p

System is automated to scan your logs if you were reported. Aka your reported, computer goes zoom through your chat, bans you if you were inappropriate. Gg

Thats what i said earlier,i didnt flame on those 3 matches.

As Linthe said, contact player support. You can submit a Support Ticket here. (no need to send emails)

Pretty sure the "computer" gets these ping spams too (and maybe even pre-game / post-game chats, Riot was talking about implementing these)

These bans are not taken lightly usually. You can e-mail customer support, they'll probably send you these chat logs too.

And by the way, starting a new account won't really solve much honnestly. Yes you won't have an already stamped account, but... If you are getting these chat bans on a consistent basis, you'll probably fall back into it right away.

Wait what? Pre game lobby chats? So if i say top or bot and someone says to me 'pick order' and says fuck your mom,i shouldnt 'attack' back? Thats nuts,eveyone would flame too its impossible not to.

Correct. You shouldn't. Your choices are to dodge- or if you are going to play it out, mute that person as soon as you are in game.

I get trolled ultra often in ranked queues because of this. And honnestly I'm glad that there's something happenning about it.

EDIT : I'll refine something. It's not okay for them to flame either. If you just mute them during champ select (via the friend list), you won't have much problems afterwards too. Usually, I try to stay passive to these. (limit the damage), but sometimes I'll go half troll mode.

-Mid only -ADC or feed. Me : So I'm going to be a mid adc then.

And then I get the rage unleashed. I usually printscreen it so I can join it with the end game report.

There ya go:) flaming for any reason will get you banned. People need thicker skins online or learn that there is a mute button
