umm i have been 14 day banned and i agree i have been toxic but not toxic enough to be this hard ban and from what i have read if i get a report or something i will get perma ban is there any way to reset the "stuff" so i get chat restricted for toxic instead of perma ban, not saying i will still be toxic wanting chat restricted but its better than perma ban. I had this account since season 2 lulu champion spotlight, and i have all champs and a lot of skins, i want to be able to play a game without having to get reported and banned the first game without talking. So the question is, is there a way to reset the "timer" or so.

You "reset the stuff" by not be toxic for an extended period of time. Even though the bans do come with a threat of a perma ban, its usually not actually the next step. The fact that you are here calm and care that you might be perma banned suggests that its not likely to be your next punishment.

The logs you were given was only an example, punishments are generally for a pattern of behavior. So that game was likely just the final straw rather than everything you were banned for.

thank for the explanation it really clears up a lot but ur saying in the 100 games i play and if i slip my mouth even once i will get perma banned and such because on the email it states further example of toxic behavior will result in closure of ur account is that a warning that my next offense is perma ban and is it possible that i can play every game without talking? and even play 100 games safely without talking next games after that will i need to play safely or can i talk peacefully without struggling with the fact that i can still get perma banned and my chat scanned for violation, is it the riot staff or random "chosen players".

what do you mean by obvious? and does it matter if its norms or rank? also what about a minor toxic behavior like saying "sigh" and "gg" before the game is over does that cause a punishment or a gateway to it? also im really glad u were able to help me out but still am just really really worried something might just slip out and just simply get perma banned
