Riot This is Unbelievable...

Normally, I respect League; I can get hot headed, and yes I get warned by Riot for losing my composure. Yea they're right about me being too extreme at times, but when they attack me on my past that's when I get confused. I suffered a 2 week ban for "harassment" but the thing is, recently I haven't said anything "toxic" I have only attempted to tell me team that being toxic isn't going to get them anywhere. Of course telling a toxic player to calm down gets the good all chat message of "Report him." Now I didn't think I'd get a suspension for just getting randomly reported but the thing is, I did. I KNOW I did nothing. It bothers me to know that toxic players can win these battles by telling the enemy team to report me because they're pissed of. Now of course this is just a small background of the situation I'm stuck in right now, the ultimate thing that frustrated me, was that I have tried contacting the RIOT support team. This is when I got mad, the email I received for being "toxic" was essentially about how I have recently commit too many actions of "harassment." Of course this grinded my gears a little bit. Like I said, after my last warning I stepped up and shut up. I avoided saying anything derogatory and avoided saying everything that would degrade my team. Of course I emailed back, telling Riot exactly what I am telling all of you, that if you read my chat logs in the time period between my last warning and the suspension, you wouldn't find anything "toxic." In response this is the I get an automated message that states:

"Hi -----, As a new initiative to reduce the amount of toxicity within League of Legends, we’ve recently begun to audit players’ accounts for extreme cases >of toxic behavior. Every account punished by this system was personally reviewed by someone at Riot to ensure accuracy. After having reviewed your account, the decision to issue a suspension had to be made due to the extreme cases of toxicity we found. This type of >toxic behavior has no place in League of Legends, and we will continue to punish players who exhibit this behavior. Ok, so I got my response and it's clear they're either not trying, or they're reading my history from before my last warning. Of course I didn't know what to say so I emailed again. This time not so nice and not so appreciative of how much assurance I received. I stated:

You've done me wrong. I have done nothing and you didn't even try to assure me any support. You just said "our system is right" and filled the rest >of the email with things I could care less about. Don't tell me your system is right if I did nothing and got suspended because it clearly isn't. My >account was warned. I took that warning seriously. I did nothing "toxic" yet you continue to accuse me of being "toxic." This is one of the most >dumbfounded things I've ever heard. Me saying nothing except trying to tell my toxic team to calm down and play the game IS NOT TOXIC. I am in >disbelief. You're essentially listening to those players who say "report him" because they're mad at the game. Maybe if you didn't listen to those >players you would have a more successful game. So stop acting like my past actions are my recent actions because they aren't. I respect you're >game as much as I do my own account and reputation. So don't punish me for reasons unknown. Thank you.

I get the reply that I would be transferred to the "Behavioral Specialists" who would asses my issue as soon as possible. 4-5 days passed and still no response. This pissed me off, my suspension would be over by the time they respond and all they did was pretty much try to trick me into giving up. Or at least that's what it seemed like. Of course, I emailed them again. The same message I just showed you and guess what response I got? You guessed it:

"Hi -----, As a new initiative to reduce the amount of toxicity within League of Legends, we’ve recently begun to audit >players’ accounts for extreme cases >of toxic behavior. Every account punished by this system was personally >reviewed by someone at Riot to ensure accuracy. Riot this is a joke. You don't even try to help. There are probably people who get hacked and email you guys and if they get some automated response like this, that's downright pitiful. You've lost a lot of my respect. I like your game, hell 1% of the world does, but don't act like you're some broke company because you know you have the ability to provide your community assistance.

Turtlz,

It looks like you received chat restrictions on 10/22/2014; however, your behaviors since these chat restrictions led to an escalated ban.

For example, your recent games in the past week have chat logs that look like this:

[15:56] Turtlz: wtf twitch [15:58] Turtlz: wtf [18:30] Turtlz [ALL]: ikr wtf [19:40] Turtlz: dumn [19:44] Turtlz: ARE YOU KIDDING ME [19:47] Turtlz: LOL [20:21] Turtlz: dumn [22:37] Turtlz: stfu [23:23] Turtlz [ALL]: bronze [24:25] Turtlz: no hes dumn [25:07] Turtlz: fizz ur bronze [26:14] Turtlz [ALL]: report all [26:18] Turtlz [ALL]: report fizz for being a fucking faggot [26:34] Turtlz [ALL]: and report everyone else for condoning fagness of fizz [26:52] Turtlz [ALL]: reports fix everything

[14:06] Turtlz [ALL]: report akali [14:10] Turtlz: fag [14:12] Turtlz: kill yourself [14:16] Turtlz: die [14:17] Turtlz: fag [14:40] Turtlz: stfu [14:41] Turtlz: bitch [15:04] Turtlz: and u get fisted [15:11] Turtlz: if you suck ass [15:35] Turtlz: u suckl [15:41] Turtlz: if you're ass [15:49] Turtlz: ur 1/4 [17:04] Turtlz: moron mid [17:05] Turtlz: trash [17:06] Turtlz: inbred [17:08] Turtlz: probably 12 [17:11] Turtlz: also a fucking fag [17:16] Turtlz: you suck ass [17:23] Turtlz: speak [17:24] Turtlz: fag [17:30] Turtlz: stfu now [17:30] Turtlz: fag [17:38] Turtlz: idiot [17:42] Turtlz: retard

If you continue using homophobic and racial slurs in your matches you'll receive a permanent ban.

Haha. This proves my conspiracy theory.

What I got:

As a new initiative to reduce the amount of toxicity within League of Legends, we’ve recently begun to audit players’ accounts for extreme cases of toxic behavior. Every account punished by this system was personally reviewed by someone at Riot to ensure accuracy.

After having reviewed your account, the decision to issue a 2-week suspension was made due to the extreme cases of toxicity we found. This type of toxic behavior has no place in League of Legends, and we will continue to punish players who exhibit this behavior.

Do keep in mind that suspensions are issued on 24-hour cycles; this means your suspension will be lifted at the same time of day it was issued. This will be within an hour or two of the time you received the email informing you of your suspension.

We would encourage you to join the discussion on our forums where Rioters like Lyte have been responding to players in regards to their suspensions. If you need anything else, please let me know and I can assist you further.

RJAHSTAR Player Support Specialist Riot Games

Notice the different name?

Man they're just banning people to fill up a quota , show numbers to the corporate "Oh we banned X number of toxic players" Because they tell us to open tickets and ask for explanations, and all they are doing is actually buying time until the ban expires.

Man, I'd wish Lyte would give me my chat-log since costumer service and the ticket I opened fail to do so... -_-

Welp guys, I'm gonna go troll report a few miscreants who deserve their bans, we need to make league a safer place for the children.

The other day, Raja Ahmed sent a hacked customer an email telling him he was not hacked and that the IP logs showed his IP through out the time he was hacked, frankly I am not surprised, these guys cannot dox/trace VPN's correctly to try to play mind games with their clients lest even confirm CC = actual person playing it.

It's the joke of jokes but expected after being unable to stop skids from dosing them for more than a month.

Arriba!
