Riot This is Unbelievable...
Normally, I respect League; I can get hot headed, and yes I get warned by Riot for losing my composure. Yea they're right about me being too extreme at times, but when they attack me on my past that's when I get confused. I suffered a 2 week ban for "harassment" but the thing is, recently I haven't said anything "toxic" I have only attempted to tell me team that being toxic isn't going to get them anywhere. Of course telling a toxic player to calm down gets the good all chat message of "Report him." Now I didn't think I'd get a suspension for just getting randomly reported but the thing is, I did. I KNOW I did nothing. It bothers me to know that toxic players can win these battles by telling the enemy team to report me because they're pissed of. Now of course this is just a small background of the situation I'm stuck in right now, the ultimate thing that frustrated me, was that I have tried contacting the RIOT support team. This is when I got mad, the email I received for being "toxic" was essentially about how I have recently commit too many actions of "harassment." Of course this grinded my gears a little bit. Like I said, after my last warning I stepped up and shut up. I avoided saying anything derogatory and avoided saying everything that would degrade my team. Of course I emailed back, telling Riot exactly what I am telling all of you, that if you read my chat logs in the time period between my last warning and the suspension, you wouldn't find anything "toxic." In response this is the I get an automated message that states:
"Hi -----, As a new initiative to reduce the amount of toxicity within League of Legends, we’ve recently begun to audit players’ accounts for extreme cases >of toxic behavior. Every account punished by this system was personally reviewed by someone at Riot to ensure accuracy. After having reviewed your account, the decision to issue a suspension had to be made due to the extreme cases of toxicity we found. This type of >toxic behavior has no place in League of Legends, and we will continue to punish players who exhibit this behavior. Ok, so I got my response and it's clear they're either not trying, or they're reading my history from before my last warning. Of course I didn't know what to say so I emailed again. This time not so nice and not so appreciative of how much assurance I received. I stated:
You've done me wrong. I have done nothing and you didn't even try to assure me any support. You just said "our system is right" and filled the rest >of the email with things I could care less about. Don't tell me your system is right if I did nothing and got suspended because it clearly isn't. My >account was warned. I took that warning seriously. I did nothing "toxic" yet you continue to accuse me of being "toxic." This is one of the most >dumbfounded things I've ever heard. Me saying nothing except trying to tell my toxic team to calm down and play the game IS NOT TOXIC. I am in >disbelief. You're essentially listening to those players who say "report him" because they're mad at the game. Maybe if you didn't listen to those >players you would have a more successful game. So stop acting like my past actions are my recent actions because they aren't. I respect you're >game as much as I do my own account and reputation. So don't punish me for reasons unknown. Thank you.
I get the reply that I would be transferred to the "Behavioral Specialists" who would asses my issue as soon as possible. 4-5 days passed and still no response. This pissed me off, my suspension would be over by the time they respond and all they did was pretty much try to trick me into giving up. Or at least that's what it seemed like. Of course, I emailed them again. The same message I just showed you and guess what response I got? You guessed it:

Riot this is a joke. You don't even try to help. There are probably people who get hacked and email you guys and if they get some automated response like this, that's downright pitiful. You've lost a lot of my respect. I like your game, hell 1% of the world does, but don't act like you're some broke company because you know you have the ability to provide your community assistance.
