Tips to help a fellow league player out

Hey there everyone who may have stumbled upon this. I have recently gotten Gold and made my way into G4, but all of a sudden I started to play poorly. One thing I noticed is that I play too aggressive in lane, now in some cases that can be good by getting me a big lead and eventually carrying the game, BUT, there are a lot of games where I'll die, think that I can still come back from it, die again and so on. Is there any way I could teach myself not to be really agressive? For all those wondering, I'm a top lane main that plays riven, Fiora, and kayle. My cs numbers when finishing a game are usually pretty high compared to others in my game. I added my op.gg for all those who would like to look at it.
