Prema Bans!

The Prema Bans is really bad I got banned from a month not for being toxic or anything just because I had virus on my pc and riot mailed me saying that they will ban my acc temporarily till I delete the Virus , I deleted it but still not able to log in my account it keep telling me Prema banned I made ticket but riot isn't giving any help ... I got 30 skins ( payed a lot of money also more time so I guess it's not good to be prema banned at last is this the way riot tell us thanks for playing ?!
