Trying to log in, ends up failing to connect to PVP.net every time.

I keep having this problem, it has been like this for 3 days now. It is when I go to log in, i type my stuff in, and it says it is logging in. But after a while of it saying logging in, it says failed to connect to PVP.net. I have done all the fixes riot says to do, didn't work. And my wifi works fine for everything except every video game in my house. Please tell me how to fix this problem! Thank You very much!

Right click and run as administrator. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall. Had to do both. A fresh install is always good.

Please help me! I tried to un install and re install and it didn't work! Should I do something with my wifi? If so, please help me! This is on a MacBook Air by the way.
