Please fix Lower penalty problem

I have internet connection problem and every single time even I reconnected or not I've got 20 min lower que penalty so I played with A.I 5 matches but still having 20 min low que penalty. What am I supposed to do? Change internet? Well. Australia's internet environment is truly thresh... awful, disaster... worst in the world I think... I didnt want to leave the game ! And just always got penalty... painful...

This is working as intended. Your connection is your responsibility. Hoping you don't DC is not an acceptable solution. So yes, they probably want you to change internet or not play since you are interfering with other players.
