Discussion about the new way of appearing the "LeaverBuster Announcement"

I would like to recommend a new way of appearing the LeaverBuster that it can be minimized( the Announcement) so that player can chat with the other player during the countdown time. I think it will be a lots less boring when waiting for a game. some players were punnished by AFK or deactive for a long time, however they did not mean to do it. in some cases, it caused by the internet connection issues .
