I dont know if i should refund an rp card on my Smurf
This is my smurf, and I was wondering if i should redeem an rp card on it. Im temp banne till the 24th but I realy really, want yasuo. PLEASE HELP!

In the long run, you'll want to have all that RP you spent to use on skins instead, while you have tons of IP you can't use. I'd save your card, or redeem it and not use the points on a champion.
