'Kick _______, and restart queue' Suggestion.
Hello, my name is MrKiwiBird and before I tell you about my suggestion, I would like to tell you a story.
About 5 minutes ago I decided to go into a ranked game. I have 94 league points in Bronze II (I know, not very impressive, but baby steps). I figured if I could win this game, I would be able to get into my promotion and get a little closer to Silver. Silver is all I wanted to get to this season. I realize people say that Silver is not much better than Bronze, but its the fact that I would be able to get there, that I earned my place there, which makes me really want it. But anyway, I get into this queue, and there are the 'Hellos' and whatnot, when I said "I would like to jungle." and the first thing this other player said was, "I would like to feed." I kind of assumed he was joking, and continued with our picks. He went on a rant about how he keeps losing due to afks and that he is mad at the community. I checked his lolking profile, and he was losing a lot, even though he did fairly well in some games. He was last pick and I thought, well more like hoping, he was going to pick a support. He locks in Katarina. With smite and clarity. I knew at once we could not win this game if it started. Luckily, the Varus on our team (can't remember his name, I tried to copy the entire chat but I didn't have time.) said he would dodge for us. I was really thankful, but I felt bad, because he just lost some LP and now he can't play another ranked for a little while.
So my suggestion is this. A Kick and Restart button. Next to each player there could be a little 'x' or something. If you believe this person is a troll, may go afk, or locks in a role they weren't supposed to, you can click this button and then select an option (Sort of like how you report someone at the end of a game) and then there will be a vote. If enough people agree to the kick, the queue would end with a message that says something like "A team had agreed to ending the current queue for ________ reason, you have been placed back in the matchmaking queue", and the kicked person would get a separate message and would not be allowed to join another queue for x amount of time. I'd like to say that if all 4 people say yes, that would be the only way this would work, but if you take in account that the 'troll' may be in a duo, or if another person would like to troll too, it would make more sense that 3 people (not including the person who would be kicked of course) would have to vote yes, and the queue would end.
If you are wondering, the story I told about is not the only time something like this has happened. For example, I had a "support" Heimerdinger with revive and clarity. (This may not sound like a troll because Support Heim does work, but his build was completely nonsense.)
I know I am not the only person with these problems, and I think that this button would save a lot of people from losing LP, and wasting 20+ minutes of their lives, dealing with trolls who just make the community worse.
