So in my shop i got yellowjacket shen for 50% off if i wait until he goes on sale december 28?i think would that mean i could get him for 130 RP instead of the 260 that he is on sale for in my shop since he will be on global sale?

Sales don't stack. You can't buy something in Your Snowdown Shop while it is discounted in the normal store.
