EIV2fGRgmU2 votesTry blocking people you never want to play with on your block list after the game. Not sure if it prevents them from ever queuing with you again, but I don't see people I block after I take the time to type in and block them.

Doesn't work that way but it's be nice if it did.
To op: just dodge. Start a blacklist on a word file or something like I did and auto dodge any time you have people from it.
Frikgeek1 votesIt would also be extremely easy to abuse in higher tiers of play, so there's a good reason riot won't ever do that. Matchmaking shouldn't be overloaded with factors other than your rating.
