Most of the normal games i play(blind, draft) I carry. But when i start playing ranked I'm really bad. I always play the champions I'm good and always use the same tactics and strategy. Most of the ranked games I feed. I'm doing something wrong, can anyone tell me what?

Yes, Because people actually try their best in Ranked games. So naturally, it is harder.

I always play the champions I'm good

Keep doing that

and always use the same tactics and strategy.

Ever considered maybe that was part of the issue?

Just learn from mistakes. If you die 1v1 in lane, then you need to assess where things went wrong. Did he have a level on you? Ded he complete an item before you? Did you miss a skill, or did he bait you into using one on minions then engaged you?

You just need to learn from everything you do, and improve on it. It gets really easy to climb once you analyse what YOU did wrong. You can't improve your teammates skills.

Norms is more carefree and people tend to worry less about making mistakes. You won't climb much if you spend your time practicing in norms unless you're playing and going double digit kills and minimal deaths (under 3?) while pushing objectives. That's the only way to practice in norms (and getting your CS game down). When it comes to ranked if your "strategy" is failing regularly then you need a different strategy. You can only improve yourself, not your team. Some times you just can't win.
