How I can play Yasuo in ranked?

I say "Yasuo top" but the rival team already banned it in draft mode. I am still below level 30, but I hope to play ranked with Yasuo. What I can do about it? In which rank people stop banning it? I can skip somehow to this rank?

If you want to convince me not to play it: I am good with it, I did 7 pentas with less than 80 games, my record kills is 48 in 47 minutes, my minions per minute is about 7.5 in average, and most of the times I can get the other turrent without my turrent being scratched with using teleport of course.

Just be aware of how the Ranked system works. It's completely random as to when Yasuo may or may not be banned. There's no set rank where no one bans him or does (As of this post Yasuo is at a 69.42% Ban Rate, making him the 3rd most banned champion in League). You should be able to play every role to some ability before playing Ranked. Relying on one champion and one lane will not get you anywhere.

A lot of it is because yasuo is pretty much the strongest fighter at this time. He is hard to shut down because of how his crit passive works, and he will almost always reach lategame power, regardless of laning. People simply dont want to deal with him
