Riot I feel like you should let NA use some special characters in our summoner names.

I mean, trying to change your summoner name can be a bit annoying when everything is taken. only being able to use numbers and the alphabet is annoying lol why can't we use ë or ú or any other special character to make a unique name? :( just blabbering.
