Talon or Riven?
So I've recently tried Talon and Riven out and they seem pretty cool. And I've saved up 4800 ip and I cant decide which one I should get...

I suggest you decide based on champion roles, if you don't own a top laner consider riven, if you don't own a mid laner consider talon. However if you already own top- and mid lane champions, take riven if you only have AP tops or talon if you only have AP mids.
Besides that you want a champion that fits your unique playstyle. riven and talon are both fit to be assassins, riven has more hard crowd control whereas talon has invisibility. If you still can't decide, buy runes! always helpful, them runes.
inb4 Riven is cancer so get Talon

He's hella fun.
And you don't get the side effect of becoming a jerk.
Talon - squishy assassin that instagibs one person and gets out. Low ult cd. VERY hard counter to carries.
Riven- Tankier than talon with higher sustained damage and lower burst damage. Can take out 2-3 people before getting killed and has decent cc, mobility, and survivability. However, Riven has a higher skill ceiling than Talon because Riven has multiple ways to combo while talon usually sticks to a set combo
Basically do you want the carries to rage or feel like a pro when you are actually not?
As a fighting game player who came to league because of Riven, I'm terribly biased.
If you like pushing the limits of this game, take Riven, but if you want instant gratification and maybe some sneaky strats, go Talon.
