A while ago when riot got rid of team builder they said there was a bug with the team builder summoner icons being distributed and that they would be distributing them soon. It's been almost half a year now and we still haven't been given the icons. Anyone know anything about this?
LostFr0st2 votesThey later said that any stragglers would need to send in a support ticket to get them credited to their account.
If you scroll up and click the "support" tab you can send in such a ticket.^^
I hope it works out~
Riotmoonstones2 votesYup! This is how you should go about getting your icons. ^-^

I sent in a ticket a while ago but they told me to ask on the boards. :( What do?
LostFr0st1 voteslink them this thread maybe :/
Riotmoonstones1 votesThat's interesting. We don't have control over distributing icons on the boards. Player Support would be the ones to handle account issues. I would suggest shooting in another ticket.
Dessem1 votesTried, no dice. Support said they're not distributing icons at this time, and even though I played five games as Poppy in the tank role, I didn't get the Tank icon.
Bummed with this turn of events.
EDIT: Two to Tango got to my ticket after bumping it again, and they gave me the icon! Please pass on my thanks to Two to Tango (I worry updating the ticket would be an annoyance.)
