Where are our Team Builder summoner icons?

A while ago when riot got rid of team builder they said there was a bug with the team builder summoner icons being distributed and that they would be distributing them soon. It's been almost half a year now and we still haven't been given the icons. Anyone know anything about this?

They later said that any stragglers would need to send in a support ticket to get them credited to their account.

If you scroll up and click the "support" tab you can send in such a ticket.^^
