is riot coming with any plans for the ip because presently i own all hero and its just adding up do you have any plans for use ip to buy skin at some point or any thing else?

You could buy and make a rune page for every champ with it. Or make different rune pages for the same champ for different situations.
Riot may never make skins for IP insert typical reasons here. But it would be cool to see a wider range of uses for it- like skin boosts for 1 game, or even unlock a ward skin for # of games/days.
