Security check

Hello Riot,

I got an idea the other day about the RP purchase store, and there is a frequent problem that happens to people, some people give their accounts to their friends or someone they know and they use some stolen credit card on it and the result is a BAN. So i suggest that you give a look on this idea. it consists to add a verification code that is mandatory to submit each time you want to buy RP, this way the player will feel more secured and protected, they can either receive it by email or on their phone if possible !
