Please, I beg the community for help. THis happened this game and last game and I;m afraid of being leaverbustered. I can't connect to a pvp game. I always disconnnect, and It's sooo frusterating. So, here;s what happens. I go through champ select, then, I go to the loading screen. right when the game is about to start, I get a firewall screen, which makes no sence, because I can run the game perfectly on custom. Then, I'm stuck reconnecting, which gives me the eact same scenario. Then, I try to restart my game, and long behold, the launcher won't work. It enters a update that gets stuck on 0% so I try again, get into the game, and surprise surprise, when I click the reconnect button it turns grey, and nothing happens. On top of that, it crashes the interent on my computer until the game finishes. Please, help me.

Go into your Firewall Security Dashboard. There should be an icon for it on the right side of your toolbar, next to the clock. If it's not there, click the up arrow and search inside the little box for it. Some common anti virus programs are Norton, McAfee, Trendmicro, and Kaseya.

When you find the icon, right click it and open up your dashboard. This should open a window. In the window look for your firewall specifically and a button that says "Program Rules" or "Exceptions" or something similar to that. When you find it, you should see a list of programs. It's probably pretty long.

I recommend clearing that list completely, then open up League of Legends again. Most likely this will create a new League of Legends icon in the list you just cleared. Go to that icon on your list and there will be a drop down menu of some sort that probably says "Auto." Click that and change it to "Allow." Now you should be able to play the game.

You may have to repeat this process every time there's a patch.

Note: If you don't have an anti virus program like those listed above, this is a SERIOUS problem. Go buy one immediately. Some cable internet providers like Comcast actually give you free access to Norton, so use that if you can.
