RP-IP In shop Please?

I would really like an RP-IP in the shop. If you dont know what this is heres an example... I currently have 24 RP thats completely useless... Why not make a way I can get IP? So I would go to the section in the shop and do the RP-IP. So for 24 RP it would give me 240 IP. This is idea for Leauge. But I want to know what others think. Comment below share your thoughts and please vote. Thank you

No, the main reason being this actually opens up a pay-to-win system through the use of runes. The whole point of runes not costing RP is that it means that you can't directly buy more power.

It would be a dick move if Rot charged you RP to transfer your current number into IP.
