Skin idea: pokemon skin from the original games, aka blue red yellow
scyther - kha zix
haunter - nocturne
charizard - instead of tibbers with annie
pidgey - corki's plane
articuno - anivia
arbok - cassiopeia
golem - malphite or rammus
pikachu - kennen
Not sure if this is even possible legally or how the abilities would work but just an idea

People don`t realize riot uses their own ideas not ones that are already made.
Another good skin idea, Pokemon trainer Orianna 
, just replace the Ball with a pokeball and have it open for moves like Protect, the W (i forget the name), and Shockwave. If Riot is feeling really abmitious they could have a pokemon come out and use a move for each effect like for R a Garados using whirlpool
the creators of the pokemon franchise would definitely want a big check from riot on this one. but not a bad idea.

I'm pretty sure riot couldn't care less about copyright if you look at their history. Annie in wonderland, Cookie Monster nunu, hulk Munro, there are lots. They just don't openly say what they are
