Why Can't I Win?

90% of my games I win lane and get fed. Yet, and i'm not kidding when i say this, every single game i get teammates who feed. Did i do something to riot for them to constantly give me the worst teammates? i wouldn't be complaining if i could even win 1 out of every 3 games, i honestly go on like 5 game losing streaks because my team feeds.
