Verbal Harrassments, Bad Attitude, Free Insults while playing.

I'm Freaking bored to find everytime players who have a bad attitude while playing. for example:

I know i'm not a good player with Fiora (i take my case) and someone keeps typing "noob fiora" "noob" etc etc, without any help to how to help me improve my gameplay.

In some other cases the insults are different and some are really Bad, like family insults and personal insults...

if someone know... how long is the ban for negative attitude??? how many reports is needed to get a ban???

The punishments are already VERY heavy for something as small as "noob". If anything the punishments need to be reduced. Just mute them if they really hurt your feelings, although i agree that if you are playing in normals they shouldn't be saying things like that. I find the players that have "noob" in their vocabulary are often awful themselves, just disregard it and dont let it get to you. It isn't that big of a deal.
