Hey I have been playing League for about 8 months with many breaks in between. I have played and played and I just get frustrated. Lately after a long win streak, I haven't won a game in about 12 SR Blinds matches. I want to get better but I don't know how. Can anyone help me? I am only able to play on weekends due to school work.

My first tip to you is never admit your age on the internet. I'd recommend editing that out of your post.
As for getting better the best thing you can do is spam wards. Wards can only hurt you if you buy tons of them and have no map awareness. You'll get the hang of where to place them after a while, but having at least one ward in your inventory is something that will always help you get better.
