Certainly feels like that... but please come out by the end of today. I mean... a week without a legendary skin? Can Riot please not take 9+ days like Nunu bot did? Saying this is probably making things worse...

Riot please make this as announcement or pin it on your boards because it's the best post i've read in these forums for the past 2 years ! :D IM WAITING EVERY SINGLE DAY for dragon trainer tristana skin. I reload surrender@20 and league of legends website like crazy every 30 mins :D like boy.. im addicted to this skin now riot must release it because i will get depression :D :D :D

Be thankfull, by this rate, she'll be released during snowdown. And when you buy a legendary skin in snowdown, you get an extra mystery skin. At least thats what keeps me through the day
