2016 patch lag

Anyone else been experiencing lag that completely ruins games since the last 4-5 patches? I don't lag and I am usually able to run on highest graphic settings. Wtf is going on. There have been a lot of Koreans on the NA server recently too is this a possible problem?

Yep same thing has been happening to me recently despite internet bandwith/connection being perfectly fine. It is a problem with either their servers or patches. Going to stop playing the game if it isnt fixed soon
