I just want to share my thought for what I've been through. And I also want to know what do you guys think about this, or do you have the same experience with me? I'll take any comment for both positive and negative.

I'm just so sad i really want to play LOL really bad. I have been playing this game since 2010 in North America server. I really enjoy playing in this server except for the fact the ping is too high from my country. See I'm from Indonesia I don't have too much choice except playing by Indonesian server of Garena LOL. So in 2015 I stopped playing in NA.

So about LOL Garena Indonesia from the experience I had for 2 years: -The community really sucks so do the staffs. (f/e: "If you're friends with the staff, so your annoying teammate will surely get banned") -The e-mail system is really bad. They won't answer your e-mail, even if you follow their procedures. -The customer services have lack of communication skill. So inconsistent. It's really far from the answer you're looking for. -They don't even follow the rules they've made. ^The biggest major problem I had

Rules:

  • 1 time mistake gets banned for 3 days
  • 2 times mistakes gets banned for 7 days
  • 3 times mistakes gets banned for 14 days
  • 4 times mistakes gets banned for 1 month
  • 5 times mistakes gets banned permanently

What really happened:

  • 1 time mistake I got banned permanently (It happened to my friend too, so not only me)

  • No notification at all (No ban duration, permanent or not), they just closed my game. And when I tried to play (so you could actually login) there was message "You have been banned, error blah blah) So I had to ask the CS the next day since email wouldn't get me answer.

  • "CS: You are banned permanently because of extreme toxicity" "Me: Can you explain about my extreme toxicity?" "CS: No, it's a secret" "CS: So at least a prove of my 'extreme toxicity'" "No, sorry the procedure said..." "How about the guys who reported me?" "We don't check them, we only know that you are certainly toxic"

And that was my second time starting over again and gets banned permanently in the end. I am not a toxic person. They didn't even check the case. I'm guessing they just counted how many player report you at one game. You are banned for sure. In solo ranked games, it happened a lot. You are going to meet those annoying duos who'll do anything to make you get banned. And actually the first and the second ban happened after the teammate joined forces to report me in the game before.

There are no punishments. No 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 1 month ban. They only have permanent bans. They just kick player they don't want. They don't even have tribunal, so all the report they have get will result in ban. Where is the justice in that? I would take the ban if i really deserved it

Basically, Riot Games have no control over Garena servers. Also, it seems that they treated most of their player base the same way as how they would treat their Point Blank players (one strike, and you'll get a perma ban). I also noticed that they're very lousy at how they handle their store. A legacy icon should never appear in the shop, some were even sold with only 1 IP, it really degrades the original content.

Did garena really buy the game? Or is it franchise? I'm curious. It's a bad name for the game. That's why in my country LOL isn't as popular as in anywhere else.

And yeah they skins are way more cheaper

bro lo pake koneksi apa? gw pake indihome ping kisaran 250MS tiap game tapi lanvar, wajar ping besar krna kita loncat ke server orang, tapi klo koneksinya bagus gkan lag, malah lancar bgt, kcuali main di warnet atau pake koneksi HP pasti lag
