yeah its been said before. Riot has been obviously "inspired" by other media. such as Sivirs Alleged Wonder woman costume. But we cant get a majin buu skin for zac. There is nothing wrong with being inspired it comes down to if its blatantly and constantly plagiarized. There are differences to chogath just minor. Comics book often also use real people as well. So its nothing New. Big Barda in dc comics is an example google it and you will see the character design was designed after a real person.

Who doesn't want to be a crazy telepathic abomination in the ranks of the army of hell/void/whatever!? - AND on top of that, cho gets to EAT other champs in game!! It's a great tip of the old hat to the fat clown.
