How to get chests
How does one get chests because I think I'm missing something. 7 keys, 1 chest in the last 2 months. About 80% of the games I play someone on my team gets a S rank, in one case four of us got S rank, no chest. Any suggestions?

Do you own the champion? Are you playing a champion you have not received a chest on? Are you grouped with the people getting S Ranks?
You can only earn a single chest on each champion you own. That means, if you get a chest from a game, whether you or a teammate got an S, that champion is still void from receiving you a chest until the next season starts. You can see with champions you have and haven't gotten chests on under the champions tab in the summoner profile section. All the champs you've got a chest with have a gold boarder (or whatever you wish to call it), as well as if you hover over them the chest icon will be filled in the bottom right corner.
Also that and you can only win a certain amount of chests every so often. Check your summoner profile to see if you have one up.
are u guys an actual team, or just randi ppl n the same team? because u have to e premade to get chest's of their s' also you ca only earn 1 chest per champ per season.
