So, a few times in ARAM I have bought skin boosts for my team, and then when I bought them someone hasn't used the skin, which, frustrates me because then I had spent 19 Riot Points for someone who hadn't even used the skin. I don't understand why you haven't noticed this before, but it's important. I don't really buy much Riot Points but when I do buy them I get Skin Boosts and at LEAST one person doesn't use them.
If they didn't ask for it then don't expect them to use a skin. :p
That person might not have been paying attention, or they might have gone off to grab something during the countdown and loading time. That's what I normally do to be honest, that's the time to get a smoke or bathroom break in if you are constantly playing lol. You made the choice to use it, people are not obligated to use the skin the receive.
Also I have played over 1000 games of ARAM and I rarely see someone ask for a skin boost... Just saying.
i know what you mean and sucks... but when someone unlocks soccer star 
... you better believe that I am going to use MY project lucian skin over anything.
In essence it is just a way to get extra lp at the end. But is kinda rude if you don't wear one at all and use default :/
what if they get a skin that's just crappier then base?(i know there aren't many of those but they do exist)
